The purposes of our  flat die wood pellet mill are used to force biomass materials from the agro-forestry wastes such as sawdust, wood chips, rice or wheat hulls etc. to mold cylinder pellet fuel that is glabrous, hard and high-calorific. And meanwhile the source of raw materials is wide and low price.
The electric motor and diesel engine as power are main types of the flat die wood pellet mill. The operating process is simple and easy to control. The equipments are operated through the gear driving the spindle and die. Put the raw materials into the hopper, which are forced out of the die hole by extruding action of die and pressing rollers. The length of pellets can be controlled by adjusting the position of cutting knife. Environmental requirements

• The time of delivery and storage is over 24 hours, which should be provided some ways to prevent damage from humidity, vibration and shock.
